Do you guarantee chewing?
All Dog Gone It products come with a satisfaction guarantee along with a guarantee from breaking. We do not however guarantee from chewing.  If you do have a accident just give us a call and explain the issue. We will do our best to accommodate you in this situation.

What is the lead time for orders?   
All online orders ship within 2 business days unless personalized. Personalized items ship within 5 business days, and must be called in at the current time. If any items are ever on backorder you will be notified immediately.

Are Dog Gone It designs washable?
We highly recommend washing our product. Even if you product gets dull or dingy throw it in the washing machine on cold, and let air dry. They’ll brighten right up!

Does Dog Gone It Wholesale?
Absolutely! Send us a message on our Contact Us page and we’ll get you all set up. We are selective on who sells the Dog Gone It brand so please tell us a bit about your store. For all you Dog Gone It lovers get out there and spread the word to all your favorite doggie boutiques, doggie spas, and doggie daycares.  They may not even know what they’re missing!

Can you fabricate custom sizes or patterns?
Yes. If you are needing any sort of custom work please give us a call or shoot us an email.  We often times fabricate custom size harnesses and collars for many types of dogs.  Traffic leads, training leads, and splitter leads are also available. Any product can also be fabricated on black webbing if needed.

If we get a product that just doesn't work is it returnable?
No problem. We depend on the satisfaction of our customers to spread the word about Dog Gone It and our products. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their order, so please do return or exchange if needed.

Can you add training mechanisms to the collars?
We do our best to accommodate the needs of our customers. Send us an email via Contact Us page with your request. We cauterize different size holes to compliment many mechanisms including Invisible Fence systems.

Can you fabricate Martingale style colors?
All patterns are available in martingale (slip) collars. Please give us a call with your order, since they are currently not available for check out online.
